Dr Lee Hubble
Senior Scientist
Lee is a long-standing biosensor expert and was recruited to the Biotome team in 2020 to develop precision-immunology biosensors for point-of-care tests. He earned his PhD in Chemistry at University of Western Australia, and then joined CSIRO in Sydney where he was involved in various strategic and commercial projects based around fundamental sensor development and sensor applications for more than 10 years. Lee has also held multiple Visiting Scholar positions at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) developing cutting-edge wearable chemical sensor technologies.
He holds appointments as Visiting Adjunct Researcher at Curtin University in Perth, and as Faculty Affiliate in the Department of NanoEngineering at UCSD.
