As President of TMG Search APAC, Ajay brings extensive leadership experience across the U.S. and Asia Pacific, having held senior roles at global medtech and diagnostics companies including Medtronic, Ethicon, Eli Lilly, and Danaher. With a background in Biomedical Engineering and an MBA from Thunderbird, he is passionate about building companies and careers—developing high-performing teams, mentoring talent, and navigating the challenges of global leadership.
