Biotome Pty Ltd ("Biotome", "we") is based at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research, 6 Verdun Street, Nedlands WA 6009, Australia. This policy explains what personal information we collect through biotome.com.au, how we use and store it, and how to contact us about it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use a form on this site (the contact form, the PepLock enquiry form or a booking or service enquiry form) we collect what you enter: typically your name, email address, organisation, phone number if you provide it, what you are interested in, and your message. If you email or phone us, we keep the correspondence.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, the services below record technical details of your visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived at the site and how long you stay. Some of these services set cookies in your browser.
We do not ask for sensitive information (such as health information) through this site. If you include it in a message, we hold it only to respond to you.
Why we collect it
We use personal information to reply to your enquiry, to arrange services, collaborations, licensing or investment discussions you have asked about, to understand how the site is used so we can improve it, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Services that handle your information

Cookies
The site uses cookies for the Google Analytics and HubSpot services described above and for the normal operation of a Wix website. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. The site still works with cookies blocked.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then for as long as the law requires. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the services above.
Access, correction and removal
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@biotome.com.au or write to the address above. We will respond within 30 days.
Complaints
